Shipping & returns

Items in stock are shipped within the week. For items that are special orders* we will provide an estimated ship date. Lead times** for custom, or special orders may vary (see below). Special Order sales are final.

Shipping includes only standard curbside delivery and does not include “white glove” service, inside delivery, or furniture assembly. We can however arrange for “white glove” delivery; please email us at info@nordenliving.com with your order number for more details, or contact us prior to placing the order. On orders shipping via freight, you will be contacted in advance to schedule a delivery window during weekday business hours.

Purchases made in-store from stock on hand can be returned for a store credit for up to 14 days. Special order items can not be returned or exchanged. All discounted and discontinued sales items are regarded as final sales and not returnable. Floor samples are sold as-is, and all sales are final.

When receiving orders that have been shipped directly to you please inspect the shipment immediately.  If there is a problem with your shipment in the form of damages or an incorrect item you have 48 hours to report it to us by email at info@nordenliving.com, or by calling us at 415-757-0805.  Please send pictures and a written explanation.  DO NOT throw away the original packaging materials.  Whenever you receive any damaged, defective or incorrect items we will work diligently to make things right as soon as we possibly can. Standard Shipping and White Glove Delivery Service charges are not refundable. Norden Living will not be liable for damages that are reported more than 48 hours after delivery.

*Special orders are items ordered that were not in stock.

**The lead time stated on the product page is an estimate of both the production and transit time of the ordered product. Lead time begins when order is confirmed by the manufacturer. Because many of our brands outside the US, location-specific holidays and other factors can affect these lead times. Production and transit delays may affect lead times and Norden Living will advise accordingly. More precise lead times can be provided by request at info@nordenliving.com or at the time of your order.
