Watches, conveyor belts and 50's furniture were among the sources of inspiration for the Jalousi collection. Designer Simon Legald has created a contemporary collection of storage furniture, interpreting the classic roll-front cabinet.
The Jalousi collection consists of this low cabinet, but is also offered as a sideboard and a high cabinet. All of the Jalousi pieces feature practical rolling plastic shutters in inviting shades of color combined with a lacquered oak veneer cabinet body and solid oak legs.
Jalousi is a versatile storage collection that can be used for ring binders, office articles, glasses and dishes in the dining room, or for books and catch-all baskets in the living room. Movable shelves make it easy to adapt the cabinets to meet individual needs.
Jalousi is constructed of MDF and veneered with lacquered oak. The front doors are made of plastic.
